You have 3 options for getting copies of documents not available online:

• Regular In-Office Copies - $.50 per page
• Mailed-Out Copies - $1.00 for the first page; $.50 each additional page. An invoice will be sent out with your copy.
• Emailed Copies* - $2.00 for the first page; $1.00 each additional page. To request a copy, please include your name, company name (if applicable), phone number, email address, and book/page information. Send email to recorder@polkcountyiowa.gov
