ICS 300 Intermediate

Course Description: This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System. This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.

Target Audience: This course is open to first responders, public works, jurisdictional executives, hospital leadership, non-profits, and anyone else that may be required to perform intermediate ICS duties.

ICS 400 Advanced

Course Description:
This 2-day course provides training on and resources for personnel who has a responsibility to function in a command post managing and expanding incident. Topics include use of an Incident Complex and Area Command, and the interactions between Multi-Agency Coordination (MAC) entities

Target Audience:
Experienced senior emergency management personnel who may perform in a management capacity for major or complex incidents. Individuals who may serve as the Incident Commander, as a member of a Unified Command, or as members of the Command or General Staff, or Multiagency Coordination Group/Emergency Operations Center (EOC) management for incidents that may use an Area Command.

Emergency Management Program Development Session #3

The Emergency Management Program Development course provides a comprehensive overview of the statutory requirements and professional duties of today’s emergency manager. Developed and delivered by practitioners in four separate 6-hour sessions, the course is an opportunity for peer-to-peer learning through lectures as well as task-oriented coaching. Technical and soft skill development in the areas of administration, planning, resource management, training, and exercises are included. Sessions can be taken individually and in any sequence, however, all four sessions are required for a full course certificate of completion.
