Reflections on Experiencing Shinrin Yoku in Japan

Have you been on a Shinrin Yoku - Forest Bathing - walk and wondered about what the practice is like in Japan? Or maybe you have considered joining a Shinrin Yoku walk but weren't quite sure what it is. Join Certified Nature + Forest Therapy Guide Brandy Case Haub of Intertwined Iowa for a 1-hr talk. She will share her recent trip to Japan and the experience of Shinrin Yoku in the forests where the practice began 40 years ago. This will be an opportunity to learn about Shinrin Yoku, ask questions, and try some Japanese tea + snacks.
