Real Estate Records

The County Auditor is also responsible for maintaining real estate records by tracking all ownership transfers that effect taxation, including but not limited to deeds, contracts and right-of-way easements. All real estate information maintained by the Polk County Auditor's Office is for tax purposes only.

Real Estate Atlas

The Real Estate Atlas provides a collection of maps and datasets relaying tax information about a property.

The maps and datasets are grouped into one of the following categories: 

  • Owners & Addresses
  • Land Records
  • Valuation & Taxation

Each category displays information that maintained by the Auditor's office as well as links to information or workflows that are maintained by the Assessor, Recorder, or Treasurer.
