Meeting Agendas and Minutes

In Polk County, the Board of Supervisors will convene every other Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. to consider and act upon official business and approve personnel appointments. The board will meet on the following dates in 2025:

The Board of Supervisors typically holds work sessions on Wednesday or Thursday mornings at 10:30 a.m. with staff and others to discuss and clarify items for future agendas. Both meetings are held at the Administration Office Building at 111 Court Avenue.
