Polk County COVID-19 Vaccine Incentive Program Update

On July, 2, 2021, The Polk County Board of Supervisors awarded the following individuals with 1,000 dollar checks from the COVID-19 vaccine lottery incentive program:

Janet Dickinson
Tara Kramer
Nysha Brooks

The COVID-19 vaccine rate among eligible residents is at 63% and 84,910 Polk County residents have signed up for the incentive program.

There is still time to get vaccinated and enter the lottery. Individuals can visit the Polk County Health Department’s drive up clinic Tuesday – Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. You can also visit your local healthcare provider or pharmacy to get vaccinated and enter the drawing.
