Sexually Transmitted Diseases
  • STD testing and treatment for ages 13 and up
  • STD, Rapid HIV, Hepatitis C Testing: $10 charge to Polk County residents; $25 charge for non-residents
  • Rapid HIV test results will be available within 1 hour

Walk-in lab only STD testing

Individuals who are not experiencing symptoms and who have not been identified as a contact to a positive STD case can do a lab only STD test.

Lab only tests will offer HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia on urine, oral and rectal specimens, and trichomonas on urine.

Lab only STD testing hours: Mondays & Fridays: 1:00 - 3:00 PM, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 - 11:30 AM.
