At one (1) minute after due date and time, the RFQ posting will be closed and moved to the “Closed Bids” tab on the Polk County BidNet page. This cannot be reopened. The Polk County Procurement and Purchasing Division accepts no responsibility for delays in the receipt of your quotation for any reason. If Procurement determines that it is in the best interest of the county to extend a due date, an addendum will be posted to the RFQ on BidNet.com.
