Polk County issues local construction permits for air pollutant sources. Initial construction permits, must be obtained prior to initiation of construction.

Issued construction permit are available from the Air Quality issued construction permit database and searchable by EPA AIRS Number or Facility Name below (choose a search function, enter the requested information and click the search button).
