RACI and Lutheran Services in Iowa, in partnership with 211, Polk County Heath Department, and the Iowa Department of Public Health, have launched a new hotline that will help expand access and capacity to Iowans who are limited in English.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our life, information and services. We can help answer questions and connect you to doctors and support services for any needs. The help is available in your language. Your call is free and confidential. You will speak with staff and interpreters during business hours, or leave a message and we will call you back.
