Court Services Division

Court Services Division consists of three areas: Civil Process is responsible for receiving, processing and serving civil and criminal court orders and legal documents.
Courthouse Security provides law enforcement functions within the Historic Polk County Courthouse (civil), Polk County Criminal Courts, and Polk County Justice Center (juvenile, traffic).
